Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 12.02.2016

Dark, inky black ruby garnet, opaque core, violet-ruby reflections. Delicate vegetal notes of violets on the nose, delicate hints of roses, dark berries, mineral nuances, attractive bouquet. Full-bodied on the palate, complex texture, present tannins that keep a striking sweetness in check, fine notes of honey and dark chocolate, lingers well, tends to be somewhat expansive in style, shows good length, taut, delicately vegetal finish, has some ageing potential.
