Tasting from 05.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby with purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Distinctly fruity on the nose with notes of wild berries, black cherry, some plum and savoury hints. Soft and full-bodied on the palate, but also elegant. Beautiful, savoury minerality in the long finish.
