Medium golden yellow, brass reflections. Delicate floral undertones of yellow stone fruit, hints of apricot, greengage, tangerine zest, some herbal savouriness. Medium complexity, delicately nutty, some apple, fine acidity, a hint of cookie on the finish, salty aftertaste.
