Tasting Notes
A rather fruity nose shows off hints of lime and Granny Smith apple, but also notions of ripe stone fruit. The palate is slender, has fine, soft and lively mousse but most striking is the fresh balance that shows off 2018’s ripeness – yes, there is wonderful English acidity, but it is ripe and rounded and juicy, making this an incredibly harmonious wine. The perfect summer aperitif in fact.
