The white wine »Von Alten Reben« Ürzig Würzgarten Riesling Spätlese trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Rebenhof, Johannes Schmitz has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Brilliant golden yellow. An aroma of slate savouriness, ripe lemon, Mirabelle plum and green apple. On the palate it shows with drive, animating minerality, striking acidity and a multi-layered structure. Very good finish and corresponding certain ageing potential.
