Peach and nectarine, but also balsamic-spicy notes of sandstone and slate. Becomes increasingly mineralised with contact with the air. On the palate, the wine combines lightness and depth: acidity and intense minerality give the wine a very clear, purist appearance. Typical of the site and very stylish.
