Clear, dense ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Intense and dense nose, lush with blackberries and dark currants, plus cigar box. Juicy and with lots of dark berry fruit on the palate, then opens with grippy, hearty tannins, earthy components on the finish, slightly bitter.
