Tasting Notes
In the fragrance it is slightly subdued, ripe Mirabelle plum, white peach and apricot, floral, dried thistles. On the palate it is accessible and with fruity-sweet charm, not quite dry, mild acidity, fine spiciness, in addition to yellow fruit there are also slightly vegetal hints, fine phenolics.
More about the tastingThe nose still has a hint of candy, but also typical varietal notes of hay, fresh butter and sesame brittle. In the mouth, the wine has a very unique interplay of sweetness, acidity and saltiness. A layer of silky phenolics gives the wine structure and enriches its fullness.
