Medium golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow tropical fruit, nuances of mango and some rhubarb, with subtle blossom honey, underpinned by candied mandarin zest. The palate has medium complexity, with delicate hints of baby banana, subtle fruit expression at the core, mineral and persistent, with a lemony-saline finish. Well developed.
