The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Ridolfi has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, elegant ruby red. Delicate wood savouriness on the nose, ripe cherry, coconut flakes and almonds. On the palate cool-fruity and clear, red berries, juicy, also salty, tenses up nicely, on the finish then unfortunately some wood overhang.
