Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, bright, persistent garnet red. Finely drawn nose of black elderberry and sun-ripened plum, plus fermented walnut and a light balsamic touch. Juicy on the attack, shows a beautiful interplay of acidity and fruit, delicate, shows finesse and winds lively onto the finish, shows beautiful drinking flow.
