Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler
Very pale straw yellow with a silver-grey tendency and persistent mousse. Clear aromas of citrus, white peach and mint on the nose, slightly ferruginous tones on the finish. Perky, vivid mousse on the palate, shows subtly bitter undertone, still seems very young.
