Sparkling, rich ruby; shows fine aromas of ripe, dark cherries on the nose, lots of cloves, profound; lots of juicy fruit on the palate, pithy, gripping tannin, blossoms beautifully in the middle course, but then shows slightly cooked notes in the finish, rough.
