The red wine Element 5, vintage 2017 from the winery Rötiberg-Kellerei has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Canton of Schaffhausen in Switzerland.
Notes of floor wax, some tar and nutty hints on the nose. This is backed up by ripe red berry fruit and notes of plum confit. Beautiful cherry fruit on the palate, juicy acidity and elegant structure, a slightly sweetish touch, fine tannins and a long finish.
