The sparkling wine Franciacorta DOCG Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Ronco Calino has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright light gold with a shy mousse. Not quite precise on the nose, some pastry, hazelnut and ripe apple. On the palate, grippy, with sharp acidity. Still very young and needs a little time in the glass. Unfortunately has a considerable aftertaste.
