Rich, flinty straw yellow in colour. An elegant nose, full of ripe yellow fruit - in particular apple and pineapple - with more spiced hints of nutmeg in behind. On the palate it's extremely harmonious, with a fresh attack leading to fine mid-palate texture and a mineral, animating finish that lasts long.
