Tasting from 21.03.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Rather herbal on the nose, dried herbs, dill, mint, menthol, dark cherry, dark plum, blueberries. Cool and fresh on the palate, lively and supporting acidity to the dark fruit, with spicy savouriness, intense and vivid with ripe and perfectly extracted tannins, enjoyable to drink now and with good ageing potential for years to come.
