Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with a slight garnet rim. Quite restrained on the nose, delicate cherry notes, with some white pepper. Well-defined cherry fruit on the palate, fine savouriness, but becomes quite broad on the finish.
