Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow tropical fruit with delicate smoky and spicy undertones, a hint of pomegranate, some blossom honey, and some bourbon vanilla. The complex palate is elegant, with fine fruit, mineral notes and good freshness, and a delicate lemony finish, has freshness and ageing potential, a multi-faceted food wine, classy.
