Deep ruby with purple reflections and a broad ochre rim. On the nose, tobacco-slate nuances combine with dark cherry, fine herbal spice and an appealing minerality. The palate has medium complexity, with fresh red berry notes, fine tannins, and a saline minerality on the finish, overall somewhat slender and lively stylistically, this is a fine food wine with the potential for further development.
