The red wine Terrenus Reserva Vinhas Velhas Red, vintage 2017 from the winery Rui Reguinga has been rated in 2024 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet from the region Alentejo in Portugal.
Ripe fruit aromas of wild berries and plum, plus roasted nuances: tobacco and some smoke. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate with great freshness thanks to the ripe acidity; very fine but vivid tannins. Finishes long with beautiful freshness and a pleasant umami flavour. Nice drinking window, but can still mature.
