This has a medium lemon yellow colour. There is ripe yellow fruit on the nose, along with a nutty aroma, and vanilla (oak), and it is slightly volatile. It has a soft start on the palate, then a sharp acidity takes over, and it is slender, with a good texture at the end, and a slightly bitter note on the finish. It is a well made, although altogether a rather understated but complete wine.
