Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby. Opens with emphatic savoury notes, of bay leaf, then a lot of ripe plum, some malty notes in the background. Grippy tannin, plenty of blackberry fruit, hearty, slight bitter note on the finish. .
