Bright straw yellow. A fragrant, expressive nose initially of crisp Golden Delicious apple, then candied lemon zest, some mint and nutmeg in the aftertaste, with white flowers. On the palate there's a fruity core and beautiful juiciness, with a delicately creamy texture. Great salinity and a long finish.
