Medium carmine garnet, fine brightening, ochre rim. Nuances of cassis and blackberries underlaid with sweet herbal spice and some vanilla, tobacco touch. Full-bodied, fruity-sweet texture, velvety body, fine tannins, freshly structured, well developed, a multi-faceted, powerful companion at the table. A price-performance hit.
