The subtle toastiness of oak marries with the Morello cherry notes on the nose while pepperiness highlights the freshness of the wine. The palate has the same, lovely pepper spice on its medium body where freshness an gentle tannins complete that picture of ripe Morello cherry. Lovely, subtle and elegant.
