Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma reveals the warmth of the year with a hint of almost port-like notes, although the fruit is more cherry than plum and is accompanied by spicy notes: juniper, sage, pepper. A very dense palate with fleshy tannins radiates power and maturity with certain ageing potential, the plateau phase of extract tension lasts a long time, then a juicy, sweet fruit leads out. Has great certain ageing potential, definitely leave to mature.
