Sparkling straw yellow with a green shimmer. Ripe yellow peach and honey on the nose, followed by lactic notes reminiscent of natural yoghurt. Creamy and compact on the palate, refreshing acidity, salty finish.
More about the tastingMedium bright straw yellow colour. Exotic fruit on the nose of mango, pineapple, papaya and honeydew melon as well as roasted almonds and a hint of vanilla. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, with medium length and a grapefruit and light bitter almond aftertaste.
