Rich, impenetrable purple red with a light garnet rim. Intense aromas of prunes and Rumtopf on the nose, with leather, tobacco and dark chocolate on the finish. Sweet on the palate, with fine fruit texture and well-integrated tannins. It feels finesse-rich and savoury, with a long finish.
