Bright straw yellow. Fine and calm mousse. The nose reveals fresh notes of grass, jasmine and elderflower. This is followed by sweet notes of white fruit, peach, apple and melon. The sip is firm, frothy and creamy. The carbonic acid envelops the palate and a mineral note ensures a pleasant drinking flow. It finishes dry.
