Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Bright ruby red with a subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose cranberry confit with hints of leather and cedar, savoury notes and red bell pepper. Very full on the palate with ripe fruit, flinty savouriness and cayenne pepper. Rich and powerful and will keep.
