The red wine Barolo del Comune di Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Scarzello has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright ruby. Appealing nose of violets, dried roses, very fragrant and open-hearted, rose hips and hazelnuts. A juicy and clear palate, intense strawberry tones, fresh tannin, vibrant and crisp acidity, lean in style, but already offering huge pleasure in drinking.
