Bright straw yellow with silver. Quite restrained on the nose, subtle meadow herbs, lemon peel, green pear and some pepper savouriness. Loose notion on the palate, shows a lot of freshness in the attack and finish, but lacks some of its fruit on the palate, remains simple, clear and quite fleeting on the finish.
