Tasting Notes
The nose opens with lactic notes, also with something buttery but there is also something incredibly herbal, that intrinsic savouriness of Austrian Grüner Veltliner. There is real depth of flavour and exquisite freshness. Hints of fern and russet apple come to the fore with vivacity while tangerine notes dance. Balance and freshness are exemplary while the long finish is defined by exquisite saltiness.
