Brilliantly bright lemon yellow with a green touch. Fragrant floral notes of lime blossom, meadow herbs and Williams pear. Some lemon thyme in the background. Builds nicely on the palate, shows good creaminess and delicate juiciness, mouth-filling texture, inviting, salty finish.
