Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a fine pearly, persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of fresh apple fruit are underpinned with meadow herbs, lime and a mineral touch. Light-bodied on the palate, with white apple and pear fruit, fine acidity and more pear on the aftertaste. Already well developed.
