Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Light amber, watery rim. Candied orange zest, a touch of rose oil, floral nuances, orange zest, fine minerality, fine walnut hints, fresh grass, similarities to Traminer. Complex, firm tannins, pleasant yellow stone fruit tones, fine nougat, very good balance, lively chalkiness, a multi-faceted food companion. Perfect example of an amber wine from a more aromatic variety.
