Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red colour with slight brightening on the rim. A little dull on the nose, reminiscent of plums and walnuts. More freshness on the palate, mint and fresh thyme, somewhat coarse-grained tannins, refreshing acidity, and a medium-long finish.
