The red wine Stello Costa Toscana IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Scuola Mocajo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby red with slight brightening on the rim. Blackberries, blueberries, plums and ripe Amarena cherries on the nose as well as hints of black pepper and a touch of vanilla from the wood ageing. The palate is full-bodied, salty and warming. The tannins have a slightly drying effect, medium finish.
