Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Opulent and dense on the nose, floral notes of lilac, jasmine blossom, yellow apple and apple peel, pineapple, yellow peach, apricots, malty hints. Full-bodied on the palate with juicy fruit and an animating interplay of sweetness and acidity, fine spiciness carries through to the finish, as a soloist and a good accompaniment to the table.

More about the tasting

An opulent fruit rises from the glass, pineapple, peach and apricot, also lilac. The palate opens full-bodied, then flows round and juicy, accompanied by a fine sweetness and refreshed by a little carbon dioxide. An approachable Riesling that will also appeal to larger table parties.
