Grapefruit, balsamic notes, also a little seaweed, iodine. Light-bodied extract on the palate, fresh and straightforward, firm acidity that thickens somewhat on the finish, a pleasant, albeit not necessarily complex freshness, a nice thirst quencher for the terrace.
