Tasting from 25.05.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant pale yellow with silver reflections. Emphasizes yellow fruit on the nose with slightly spicy tones in the background. Very sweet on the palate with a relatively shy perlage. Overall a very restrained Prosecco.
