Brilliant green white gold with persistent mousse. Fresh nose of white flowers, meadow herbs and some gooseberries, with a lime finish. Balanced and harmonious on the palate, expands beautifully with a delicate mousse, emphatically fruity in the middle, ending fresh and crisp on the finish.
