Pale greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe white tropical fruit, apricot, a hint of nectarine, subtle blossom honey, candied grapefruit zest: a multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, white peach underlaid with a pleasant pineapple fruitiness is countered by an extremely racy acidity structure. The wine is mineral, long-lasting and has good ageing potential.
