Aromas of ripe Mirabelle plum and fresh hay. Fine balsamic notes such as vanilla and some strawberry liquorice. Fresh acidity in the attack. Very well integrated savouriness from the oak, taut and long. Seductive mix of fruit and vanilla on the long finish.
