This Crémant has a subtle salmon colour and fine bubbles in the glass. On the nose, subtle aromas of pear, red berries, candied orange peel, fresh yeast and white almonds. On the palate, the fine fruit, refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness merge with the elegant, creamy mousse. A delicate, elegant Crémant - perfect as an aperitif.
