Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intensely bright straw yellow. Ripe yellow apple, apricot and strawberry on the nose, finely drawn, underpinned by a hint of savouriness. Round and harmonious on the palate, spreads over the tongue with a fine mousse, harmonious from front to back, ending with juicy peach fruit.
