Deep dark, youthful ruby garnet, almost black, opaque core, delicate violet edge brightening, sweet animal-iodine note in the nose, burnt chocolate, delicately nutty, sweet texture on the palate, again delicately animal-spiced, delicately caramel-like, medium length, appealing food companion.
