Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Intensely herbal and spicy, ethereal, tree resin, black pepper, menthol and juniper, blackberry, dark chocolate, cherry brandy. Cocoa powder. Subtle use of wood. Grainy tannins on the palate, ripe fruit, intense tactile mineral undertones, halfway to port wine in terms of aromas and structure, but not quite as sweet and not quite as alcoholic.
