Transparent cherry red. Smells of cherry stone with undertones of sage and wood (really only a hint of it). Herbal tones become stronger with air contact. Elegant, juicy wine with medium-strong tannins, a comparatively distinctive acidity and an unaffectedly youthful, fresh impression. Good food companion.
